Prerequisite:  Five Element Theory

Discover how to balance and nourish the body while incorporating the Five Element Theory. Students will learn specific foods that are associated with the five elements and formulas to nourish and sedate the elements.

Reiki Levels 1 & 2 Practitioner

Reiki is an ancient energetic healing art that can be learned & practiced by anyone. In Reiki Levels 1&2 students will be taught how to ground and anchor their own energy to enable them to become open and effective conduits of Reiki. They will be introduced and attuned to three traditional Reiki symbols as well as three non-traditional symbols. Students will learn protocols to work on themselves, with others and to send Reiki distant healing.

Tuning fork therapy is based on the principles of sound healing and the knowledge of acupressure points and the chakras.  When tuning forks are placed on specific acupressure points they access the innate wisdom of the complete being (body, mind & soul) to create opportunities for perfect health and balance for that individual’s development.

In this 2 day workshop students will be introduced to the theory of sound healing and the infinite healing powers of the extraordinary vessels.  Students will begin their journey with 2 mid Ohm tuning forks discovering the healing potentials of Ohm. They will access the chakra system & the 8 extraordinary vessels which govern our growth, development & transitions.  Students will learn to give and receive a sound healing session using tuning forks.

Students require 2 Mid Ohm tuning forks resonating at 136.1 hz.   Forks can be purchased from Brenda Molloy.

Reiki is an ancient energetic healing art that can be learned & practiced by anyone. In Reiki Level 3 students will be introduced and attuned to the Reiki 3 Master Level traditional and non-traditional symbols. We will expand our knowledge of Reiki as we discover the secondary chakra system and the 32 chakras of the spine. Students will learn how to incorporate working with crystals into their practice. We will create a Reiki Crystal Grid. This is the first part of the Masters Training.

Reiki is an ancient energetic healing art that can be learned & practiced by anyone. In Reiki Alchemy ~ Where Acupoints & Reiki Merge students will discover how to locate, & when and how to use Acupoints in their Reiki Practice. Brenda will share specific Acupoints and patterns that she incorporates with ease and grace into her Reiki Practice.
